According to an article by the Jakarta Post, five areas in Jakarta now have new street signs warning people of nail-spiked roads and pointing them to the nearest tire repair shop. These are created not by the transportation department, but by students from a local university. Interesting huh?I think besides the location they’ve put for the signs already, why not put one also under the Semanggi Overpass and the whole stretch of Kuningan where numerous outings by police have resulted in a Kg of nail in the former. For the latter?I’ve experienced it a few times, and the road is not lit properly considering it a main South-North Artery and is the heart of the embassy district.
